Free and Interactive First-Person Short Film

Immersed within a strange and yet somehow familiar environment, Found offers up a unique perspective that tends to blur the lines between nature and mankind. Some have claimed that its plot mirrors the famous line of Miyazaki films.

Plot and Primary Features

Found seeks to redefine how we view the connections between nature, technology and fellow humans. Slightly mirroring the graphical concepts behind other popular VR games such as Limbo and Journey, players can expect to encounter a kaleidoscope of unique circumstances as they explore the surrounding landscape. Stylized graphics, constantly changing atmospheres and the addition of ambient music all add to the unique flavor of this platform. Found is the first game produced by FoundVR and the developers claim that future updates will take place.

A Short First-Person Film

Found should be viewed as a short film as opposed to an interactive virtual reality experience. While it is indeed possible to communicate with characters and manipulate objects, it is more of a journey than a tactile adventure. There is no charge to download this game.

PROS

  • This short version is free to download and play.
  • The use of strikingly stimulating graphics provides a touch of visual magic to every environment.

CONS

  • A handful of players have found this game to be a bit boring.
  • While claimed to be a "new release"
  • no updates have taken place since September 2016.
